Logging into your account is simple. Simply click Login/Logout from the main menu on the left side of the desktop website and type in your credentials to log in.

On the  My Account page, click Edit Account, then change your password.

Once you are logged into your account, on the My Account page, you can click any one of the three categories; Stretching, Strength Training, and Aerobics.

Please log in a few minutes prior to the class start time to be sure you don’t miss any of it. The live player should show the word ‘Live’ when the stream has begun. If it doesn’t begin playing automatically, click the play button that appears. If you do not see the play button, try refreshing your browser.

There are a few things you can try:

  • Check your network/WiFi connection strength. This is crucial to the success of the live stream.
  • Refresh your browser.
  • Clear your browsing history.

Login and Workout live streams are made to work on any device, whether it’s an iPhone, Android, iPad, Tablet, Laptop, or Desktop.

However, with this type of stream, the bigger the screen, the better, so you can see what is exactly going on in the exercise. If you have a Smart TV, you may also be able to cast the live stream to that.

Workouts are currently not archived and to utilize them, you must tune in when the live stream occurs.

Depending on the plan you choose, this answer varies;

  • If you are under a One Class subscription, your subscription will NOT automatically renew.
  • If you are under a One Week or a One Month subscription, your subscription WILL automatically renew.
